Bishop Powell embraces the perpetual and progressive nature of the Kingdom of God and the apostolic grace upon his life. RWC operates out of the belief then that "unless the Lord builds (offsprings) a house, those who build it labor in vain..." Ps 127:1. Thus, sons of Rhema Word have been planted in other areas to establish churches.
